Notes Interior view of the dining room in the Edgar P. Sawyer Home, located at the southwest corner of Algoma Boulevard and Congress Avenue. This image was taken shortly after the Sawyer's second house was completed in 1909 and before the image appeared in "The Western Architect" magazine in October 1912. The room is furnished with an oriental rug, matching chairs, a cabinet and dining table. There is a chair rail with wood paneling below it and the walls are covered with textiles.
