The Fischer's Theater (the Strand Theater by 1930) and Hotel Raulf are being built. The theater was located inside the new Raulf Hotel built on this site on Jefferson Street. Construction began on April 15, 1927. The framework for the hotel's second floor has begun and the steel girders for the theater are nearly completed.
