Frank was the youngest son of Argalus and Adelia Foote, born March 24, 1854 on the family farm near Eurka, WI. He married Frances Cleaver c. 1885 and the couple had one daughter who died in infancy. He came to Oshkosh in 1875 and with his two older brothers established Foote Brothers & Company flour mill. He died April 14, 1890 at the age of 36. |
