Ceramic-Stoneware pitcher. Cobalt flowers molded on each side; one side features a lily; the opposite side features a bouquet of daffodils. No maker’s marks; similar examples found identified the pitcher as being produced by Whites of Utica and dating between 1890 and 1907; this example is featured in Christopher Bensch, The Blue and the Gray: Oneida County Stoneware, p.67. |
