Description |
Sterling silver porringer and matching underplate. Both have the monogram "EJSC" engraved which represents Eleanor Janet Sawyer Chase. The underside of the underplate has Eleanor's birthdate of "March 03, 1903" engraved. Both pieces have a decorative motif of cherubs holding floral garland and were manufactured in Chicago, IL by Spaulding & Co.
