-medium sized ceramic majolica pitcher, shaped like a man's head -top of pitcher is a spout, made to look like a red and light blue hat with a black bill -body of pitcher is a man's head: black hair, eyebrows, and eyes, two ears, two red rosy cheeks, large red nose, wide red lips, small chin- rest of face is peach skin color; around bottom edge is green "collar" -on back of head is a smooth peach colored handle -smooth light blue interior -in the style of Sarreguemines Majolica, of France, style called "The Black Bill", named thus for the black rim of the cap |
